I had the best time getting to photograph the Harringtons this weekend! Kristi has become such a spiritual encouragement to me and getting to hang out with her, Jon, and their 3 kids was such a blessing. I fell in love with these kiddos!!! One of my favorite parts of our time together was when Braden comes up behind me, gives me an adorable hug and says “Thanks, Ms. Sara, for making our picture taking day so fun!” I could have cried I was so touched…this is why I do this…

and of course, little Peppermint Joy.

I had such a great time hanging out with Brion and Courtney on their wedding day! They, along with their families, were so sweet and fun to be around. They were up for all kinds of photos! They had their ceremony & reception at a beautiful lodge out in Luther.
You guys are so great!! Had a blast with you on your special day!!

So glad I caught this before I left… siblings and cousins of the bride doing a choreographed dance to “Single Ladies”… so great!

I am so excited about these photos of the Harlows! I know Krystal from work and just think her family is adorable! While little Makenna didn’t want to “show” me her smile, I still caught it!
I’ll miss seeing you at work, Krystal! Hopefully I’ll still get to take your fam photos!!:)

This was such an exciting purchase for me! Just under owning my camera. You see, this computer is more than just a purchase for me. It’s a symbol of how faithful the Lord has been. How He has provided more and more photography for me as I try to be so diligent with my finances. It’s completely paid for. I can’t describe how wonderful that feels! And it’s also an investment of what’s to come…the beginning of my dream.  The beginning of my future in photography.

What a thrill!!

Had such a great time photographing Billy, Angie, and their son, Ben. Billy and Angie were good friends of mine in college and it’s just such a neat thing how God can bring those special people back in to your life.

This has been so fun for me! I have had a blast hearing the sweet stories of all the families you nominated! Thanks so much to all of you who entered! There was so much paticipation from all of you with commenting on here, putting my blog link on your facebooks, blogs, etc.  I loved the excitement everyone had to enter and nominate a family they love! All the stories truly touched my heart and I’m going to have so much fun photographing our winning family!!

I nominate my daughter brandy,her husband chris, and their 3 sweet beautiful daughters! Last oct. chris had a massive heart attack–he survived(barely) but it has been a very tough year for them as they have been on less than half salary. people at central have been very good to them in many ways through prayer,  sharing food from their gardens etc.so you see pics are not a luxury they can afford. after almost losing our sweet chris i realized there are no family photos of them so this would be something they would cherish.

I want to badly to be able to photograph all the nominated families because all they’re stories just really blessed my heart! So I am offering a family discount to these families only… a family session for $50 in the OKC area if they contact me by November 15th.
